5.1 Security Measures
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. Our security measures include:

- Email communications — retained for 12 months
When we no longer need personal information we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it securely.
6. Overseas Disclosure of Personal Information
We disclose some personal information to overseas recipients. Under APP 8, we are required to inform you of this.

Before disclosing personal information to these overseas recipients we have taken reasonable steps to ensure they are required to comply with the APPs or a privacy framework providing substantially similar protections. Each of the above providers is certified under relevant frameworks (e.g. US-EU Data Privacy Framework where applicable).
You acknowledge that by using our service, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. If you do not consent to overseas transfer you should not use our site.
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose personal information to:

8.1 Right of Access (APP 12)
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you at any time. We will respond within 30 days. We will provide access free of charge in most cases. If we are unable to provide access we will give you written reasons.
8.2 Right to Correction (APP 13)
If you believe the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading, you may request that we correct it. We will respond within 30 days.
8.3 Right to Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and personal information at any time by emailing hello@discountoffers.com.au. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain information.
8.4 Right to Opt Out of Direct Marketing
If you receive direct marketing from us (e.g. our weekly newsletter or price alerts) you may opt out at any time by:

Under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), we are required to process unsubscribe requests promptly. We will action all unsubscribe requests within 2 business days of receipt.

You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You may also manage your cookie preferences using the consent banner displayed on our site.
